Ingredients: Chamomile leaves, Peppermint leaves, Linden blossoms, Passion flower, Reishi mushroom, Lemon verbena, Butterfly tea leaves.
Contains no caffeine, added sugar, sweeteners, artificial preservatives or colorants.
Brewing instructions:
- Add 1 tea bag to freshly boiled water
- Allow to brew for 3 minutes
- Drink 1 cup before bed
Recommendations: It is recommended to drink the tea with 250ml boiling water before bed every night.
